What is Manna's Dough?
How Long Does Manna's Dough Last?
Our playdough does not contain any preservatives to ensure it’s kid-safe! The pladough lasts around 3-4 months or longer with proper care. Do keeep our playdoughs, both opened and unopened tubs in the fridge to ensure they remain fresh and their colors stay vibrant!
If your little ones want to play with them, simply take them out of the fridge and allow them to 'defrost' for 5-10 mins. The playdoughs will warm right up and reuturn to its buttery soft textures. Or you could pass your kids the cold blobs of playdough to squish and knead to their hearts content. Some kids love the cold textures whichh add to the sensory experience!
How Do I Care For My Playdoughs?

Quick tip: Playing with our playdoughs frequently actually lengthens their lifespans! I currently have a batch in my fridge that's going 4 months strong, still buttery soft and as good as new!
What Age Can My Child Start Playing With Playdough?
Children as young as 15 months old can be introduced to playdough!
Some children may feel hesitant or confused by the texture of play dough at first. To help them become more comfortable, you can demonstrate how to poke, squish, and roll the dough or provide them with tools to engage with the dough!
Although our playdough is taste safe, it contains high levels of salt and should not be eaten. Note that playdoughs not meant for consumption, only for playing!
Parental supervision is advised at all times when children are playing with the playdough to prevent ingestion
Is Manna's Dough Safe For Young Children?
Yes! Our playdough is absolutely safe for young children even if accidentally ingested as it is made from all-natural ingredients and contains zero chemicals. Do note that our playdough contains a high amount of salt and should not be eaten. It is not a food item, but a toy. Please supervise children at all times while they play with playdough.

When will my order arrive?
Our playdough is made fresh upon order. We will ship out your product within 2-7 days. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for the playdough to reach you. We strive to get our products to you as quickly as we can!
If you've opted for self-collection, we will send an SMS to your number once your order is ready for collection!
If your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, please reach out to us and we will check your order status.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is via courier delivery right to your doorstep at a flat rate of $5.50 islandwide. Free delivery to one location above $80 spent. Delivery to multiple locations will be an additional costs, do reach out to us to arrange! We also offer self collection at Bishan.

Yes of course! Opt for self-colletion during checkout. Self-collection is available at Bishan. We will send an SMS to your number once your order is ready for collection. The pickup address will be given to you once your order is ready!

Please reach out to us with the reason for your refund. Once your refund request has been confirmed, we will arrange for a pickup of our products. Once the items have been picked up, we will proceed to offer you a full refund :)
