    Shipping policy

    At Manna's Dough, we are dedicated to ensuring your playdough experience is delightful from start to finish. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with clarity and convenience throughout the process.

    Shipping Rates:

    • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above $80 to a single location.

    • Standard Shipping: For orders below $80, we charge a flat shipping fee of $4.30 per order to one location. This fee covers the cost of shipping your handcrafted playdough securely to your doorstep.

    Order Processing Time:

    • Our playdoughs are handmade with love upon order. Please allow us 2-7 business days for the creation and preparation of your playdough. Your patience ensures that each batch is crafted to perfection.

    Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Once your order is ready to ship, you can expect your items to reach you within approximately 1-3 business days. We work with trusted courier services to ensure prompt and secure deliveries!

    Tracking Your Order:

    • You will receive a whatsapp message containing tracking information once your order is dispatched. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery until it reaches your doorstep.
